Dulwich Picture Gallery
http://www.dulwichpicturegallery.org.uk/
DULWICH PICTURE GALLERY is the greatest find in London: a magnificent collection of old masters, including works by Poussin, Claude, Rubens, Murillo, Van Dyck, Rembrandt, Watteau, Gainsborough and many others, was originally assembled for the King of Poland in the 1790s. When Poland was partitioned, an alternative home was found for the paintings in the "clean air of Dulwich". The Gallery was designed by Sir John Soane - with a new extension recently completed by Rick Mather - and the founders lie, to this day, in their Mausoleum at the centre of the Gallery.
Dulwich Picture Gallery lies between College Road and Gallery Road in Dulwich Village.

How to find us
The easiest way to find us on the map is to locate West Dulwich railway station which is on Thurlow Park Road (South Circular A205). We are 2 traffic lights west of the station, about a 5-minute walk away, between the Rosendale Road and Dalmore Road turnings.
If you are coming by train, on arrival at West Dulwich, turn left outside the station and we are after the second set of lights.
OR
at Tulse Hill station, leave at the rear exit, turn right into Maley Avenue, left into Elmcourt Road then right into Thurlow Park Road. We are a 6-minute walk away.
